WHAT YOU'RE NOT LOOKING AT
There is no gallery on this site. That is not because the collection doesn't exist — it does: 2,500 unique souls across ██ archetypes and ███ trait families, drawn, finished, and scheduled for freezing at the sealing ceremony on ██·██·2026. It's because showing you would cost you something. Every archived preview is a data point the market prices in before you ever bid. You see the collection when the collection is committed — hashes first, faces at mint.
What is public already: the supply, the split — 2,250 to the sealed auction, 173 to the ecosystem, 77 nullified — the rarity formula's shape, and the commitment mechanics below. What stays redacted until the whitelist hears it first: the reserve of ███ ZEC, the opening block height █████████, and the close.
THE SEALED AUCTION
One price. Sealed bids. Nothing to snipe. Whitelisted souls bid by shielded memo — nobody sees a number to react to, including us until it lands. At block █████████ the book closes. The top 2,250 bids win and every winner pays the same clearing price: the lowest winning bid. Differences refunded. Losers refunded in full. Shielded, both ways.
Allocation is a public shuffle seeded by entropy nobody controlled — a pre-committed team secret plus a Zcash block hash that did not exist at close. The settlement engine is published before bidding opens; an independent auditor re-runs it from the raw deposit log and co-signs the result. If we wanted to cheat, we built ourselves the worst possible tools for it.
THE NULLIFIED
Seventy-seven identifiers inside the committed tree are nothing at all. No soul drawn, no traits rolled, no keys created — their leaves are tagged constants, verifiable by anyone, spent before they were created. Which seventy-seven? ████ ██ ███ ████████ — published with the root. They can never be minted, by anyone, including us. Scarcity here isn't a promise. It's arithmetic.
PROVEN, NEVER REVEALED
Ownership here is a bearer credential bound to the committed collection — provable with a signature, transferable with a signature, and never attached to a name, a wallet balance, or a face. When you want the world to know you hold a soul, you prove it. When you don't, there is nothing to find. Every claim this project makes is either verifiable in your browser or redacted on purpose — never in between.
THE WHITELIST STORES
Your X handle. A shielded address. A timestamp. That is the entire row — no email, no KYC, no wallet login, no IP, no token, no analytics. The backend that enforces this is one page of published code at /source.txt; if a line isn't in it, it doesn't happen. Deleting your application deletes the row. Deleted means gone.
